The duty of the President is to preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and the general membership. The President shall sign all contracts and other instruments of the organization as shall be authorized by the Board of Directors or by the membership. The President shall have general supervision of the affairs of the organization. The President shall serve no more than two (2) consecutive single year terms in this position.

The Treasurer shall supervise the receipt and safe keeping of all funds, receipts and expenditures of Tacoma Unit No. 1 and cause them to be paid in accordance with the orders or approval of the Board of Directors. The Treasurer shall be prepared to provide an accounting of the financial condition of the organization as often as required.

Seargent at arms: Wulli Butler The Sergeant‐at-Arms shall oversee the welfare of the members, preserving order at the meetings, serving as messenger for the President, and supervising the ballot during elections. The Sergeant-at-Arms shall be empowered to maintain order during all member activities upon the grounds. |
